SUGGESTED USE - For training and competition completed in warmer ambient conditions across a duration of 2 hours or longer, consume 2-3 gels per hour to deliver up to 80-120 g of carbohydrate per hour during exercise. Achieve this fuelling target by consuming one gel every 20 minutes of exercise.
