All bikes are built instore and pdi'd before carefully boxing up for shipping. Please be aware that some assembly would be required, although we do try to limit the amount as best we can.

Pick up from store
If you choose to collect the bike from store, you will be entitled to a free basic bike fit. This will ensure your new bike will fit you perfectly and you'll be comfortable on your first ride! We will notify you via email to confirm collection / bike fit dates.

Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item bought with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.

We accept vouchers against most* bikes from the majority of cycle to work schemes; choose your bike and any accessories and get in touch! 

It's not only bikes, you can add cycling accessories such as a helmet, shoes, cycle clothing and other accessories to the voucher. 

*Bikes reduced in a sale will be subject to a surcharge if purchased using a cycle to work voucher. This is due to the commission cycle to work schemes charge
