The Tempo Artica R5 GTX is a road-specific winter shoe, created by Fi'zi:k. It is designed to keep your feet warm and dry during cold and wet cycling adventures. The shoe features an advanced GORE-TEX membrane, which provides excellent waterproofing and breathability. This means that while it keeps out the rain, it allows moisture from sweat to escape, keeping your feet dry and comfortable.The Tempo Artica GTX is fully waterproof, thanks to the insulated Koala membrane by GORE-TEX. The shoe also has a soft, brushed-fleece lining for extra insulation and comfort. The high-density PU-laminated upper and lightweight GORE-TEX membrane offer durability and warmth. The ankle is secured with a Velcro strap, and micro fit adjustments can be made with the single L6 BOA dial, even while wearing bulky winter gloves.The newly-redesigned R5 nylon outsole provides moderate stiffness and comfort for efficient pedaling. The cleat position is set slightly further back for better pedaling efficiency and reduced knee compression.
