"I went in last week for advice on a bike I was looking to buy, as I was unsure about the sizing. The guys then booked me in for today for a fitting and the service was excellent from start to finish. They really took the time to help me properly understand what size and setup would work best for me instead of just brushing me off like other shops have done. They were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough throughout my fitting, answering all my questions as I didn't have a clue about a lot of it as it's fairly new to me but It was clear they genuinely cared about helping me get the right bike rather than just pushing me to buy any bike from them.
