The ENVE M635 Industry Nine hub pairing is ready to be built into a definitive 27.5 or 29er wheelset for 2.5 to 2.8" tyres.
ENVE products have been used to gain more than 80 DH World Cup wins and podiums and with the M6 series the US brand has taken this race-winning technology and honed it for trail riding.
Wide strong and light the M6 series has been created for riders who demand uncompromised acceleration on the climbs backed up with class-leading control and impact absorption on descents.
The M635 features an internal rim width of 35mm - perfect for riders who favour 2.5 to 2.8" tyres and are seeking the perfect blend of speed cornering precision and plush ride.
The M635 features ENVE's Dynamic Impact Design. For the M635 this means a V-shaped rim profile paired with the brand's patented Wide Hookless Bead design. This exclusive teardrop-shaped leading edge absorbs energy for rim protection and disperses impact force for tyre protection - reducing the chance of snakebite flats or impact damage from big hits.
The high-volume tubeless design allows you to run your chosen tyres at lower pressures for maximum traction and added compliance.
All this means you go faster with improved control and ride feel for less effort while also unlocking the full potential of your performance trail bike.
As with all ENVE's rims the M635 is handmade from raw uni-directional carbon fibre at ENVE HQ in Utah USA. The bespoke construction process utilises patented moulded spoke holes removable bladders for weight-saving precision and a gorgeous paint-free finish to further reduce weight while maintaining strength stiffness and allowing the beautiful handmade quality to shine through.
This wheelset is built around Industry Nine hubs. Every Industry Nine mountain bike hub is made start to finish in its Asheville North Carolina USA machine shop. The shells axles and encaps are machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and the hubs are finished in Industry Nine's in-house anodizing lab.
Built in-house at Saddleback our wheels are fully customisable and we are able to offer a range of different specifications and hub colours to help create a totally unique set of bespoke wheels. Please be in contact if you would like to discuss build options.
